Gift Card Questions
How is the gift card delivered?

By email, right after purchase. The email contains a gift card code. You can also send it to yourself and forward it later if you want to give it in person.

Does it expire?

No. The balance stays on the card until it is used.

What if they do not use the whole amount?

Whatever is left stays on the card for their next order.

What can they spend it on?

Anything on the site. They enter the code in the discount code box at checkout and it comes off their total. It works on single meals, any meal plan, and any dish on that week's menu.

Do you deliver to their address?

We deliver across Toronto, including North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, York, and East York. Orders close Thursday at 11:59 PM for Sunday delivery.

Can I buy gift cards for my team or clients?

Yes. Get in touch through our contact page and we will sort out bulk orders.

How do I heat up my meals?

Each meal comes with simple microwave and stovetop heating instructions.

How long do the meals stay fresh?

Our meals are freshly prepared and designed to stay fresh throughout the week when refrigerated.

When is delivery?

We deliver every weekend so you’re stocked up for the week ahead.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. Our minimum order is 7 meals, giving you a week’s worth of delicious Nigerian food.

Can I choose different meals?

Absolutely! Mix and match from our weekly menu to build a meal plan you’ll enjoy all week.

Do I need to freeze my meals?

Meals can be kept refrigerated for the week. If you don’t plan on eating some within a few days, you can freeze them and reheat later. Except the rice dishes, only refrigerate

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?

We list ingredients for every meal. If you have allergies or dietary concerns, please contact us before ordering.

Do you deliver outside Toronto?

We currently deliver throughout the City of Toronto, with more locations coming soon.

Can I place a one-time order, or is it a subscription?
